Strymon Deco V2 – Tape Saturation & Doubletracker Pedal

The Strymon Deco V2 recreates the warm, organic sound of classic tape machines in a premium effects pedal. Designed around the musical behavior of vintage studio tape decks, Deco V2 combines two powerful effect sections: Tape Saturation and Doubletracker.

The Tape Saturation side adds warmth, compression, harmonic richness and vintage-style tape drive to your signal. From subtle coloration and added presence to rich overdrive textures, it delivers the unmistakable feel of analog tape.

The Doubletracker section opens up a wide range of modulation and delay-style effects inspired by double-tracked tape machines. Depending on the settings, Deco V2 can create classic slapback delay, lush tape flanging, warm chorus, wide stereo doubling and spacious tape-style modulation.

With independent footswitches for Tape Saturation and Doubletracker, Deco V2 is highly flexible for live and studio use. The second-generation version adds powerful modern features such as full MIDI control via TRS or USB-C, stereo operation, an improved JFET analog front end and up to 300 MIDI-accessible presets.
