This dual-core signal processing platform, whose performance is comparable to the regular Ampero version and which ensures the authentic Ampero signature sound, uses two processors:

● Main Processor – NXP® RT Series A powerful NXP® RT crossover processor is responsible for the audio engine. With a high clock speed, this processor compares very well to the Analog Devices® SHARC® DSP built into regular Ampero devices, making it easier to handle multiple high-quality effects algorithms.

● Co-Processor – NXP® RT Series Like regular Ampero devices, the Ampero Mini features an NXP® RT crossover co-processor that not only helps process audio streams, but also the touchscreen display, USB-I/ O etc. powers other functions.

This technology models each component of the original device and creates a model that tracks the dynamic variations of the instrument’s input signal, maximizing the ability to reproduce the exact sound characteristics of the modeled object and delivering a more dynamic, deeper, deeper sound that amazes.
