This four-channel mini digital mixer comes in a lightweight aluminum body and can be easily mounted on a microphone stand, but can also be conveniently placed on any desktop. The centerpiece is its LC color display, which allows access to all important functions. These include classic effects such as reverb (including shimmer reverb) and delay, but also dynamic and EQ effects such as compressor, limiter, 3-band EQ with mid-sweep, high-pass filter and notch filter.
The GigMix 4-1 is powered by a powerful 32-bit/100 MHz DSP engine and, in addition to input level monitoring, also has the option of storing complete mixer settings in ten scene memories and easily calling them up again. The mixer signal can be output to a house PA and other loudspeakers or headphones via its two separate stereo outputs, for example, both before (pre) and after (post) the effects chain.
