The beginninggs of Studiologic

The company was founded by Lino Ragni in 1956. The first Studiologic product, released in 1986, is the STUDIO 88, a pioneer in a new segment of digital musical instruments: the Masterkeyboard.

Studiologic rebranding happened in 1998. Taking up the good things done by STUDIO 88, Studiologic presents, in 2003, SL-990 XP and SL-990 PRO. Then, in 2005, the VMK Series is released. It guarantees a touch feeling of the highest level offering much more playing control. Few years latter, Studiologic introduces Numa, a Professional Keyboard Interface which sets a new standard in the musical control.

New logo, new horizon

Along with the new logo come the Numa Piano and the Numa Organ which expand the production line into the Musical Instrument segment. Studiologic gets the nominations for best product at MIPA 2011 in two categories, with Numa Piano and Numa Organ. The next year, Numa Concert and Numa Stage upgrade the stage piano line while Sledge, the iconic yellow synth, makes its way into the world of synthesizers.

In 2015, SL88 Grand and SL88 Studio controllers see the lights of day. Thanks to the high quality of the implemented keyboard mechanisms and the innovative possibilities of the touch configuration, together they bring the musical experience to a new higher level.

Taking this adventure futher

2017 is the year of Numa Compact 2. A totally new technology in a very compact size and lightweight cabinet, a big step forward in terms of sound quality, digital post processing effects and full MIDI controller features.

Studiologic releases its first control surface in 2019. SL Mixface combines style and simplicity with stunning capabilities.

Released in 2021 with an incredibly powerful brand-new sound engine, four track built-in digital mixer, USB audio interface and the best touch ever, Numa X Piano has been a revolution for digital piano players.
