The Heritage Custom Shop Core Collection H-150<\/b> delivers the inspiration and sound that made late ’50s electric guitars iconic and timeless.<\/p>\n
This special guitar is handcrafted at the legendary factory on 225 Parsons Street<\/b> in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA<\/b>, and features either a beautifully figured or plain maple top, depending on the model. The body is made from ultra-lightweight, genuine mahogany, allowing the Heritage Custom Core H-150<\/b> to achieve a total weight of under 4.0 kg, despite its solid construction. A nitrocellulose finish with a vintage gloss<\/b> gives the instrument a silky-smooth playing feel and allows it to age authentically over time. With its redesigned carved top, 17\u00b0 headstock angle<\/b>, and 4.5\u00b0 neck angle<\/b>, the H-150 is optimized for exceptional playability.<\/p>\n
This guitar also debuts the exclusive Heritage Custom Shop 225 Classic Humbuckers<\/b>. Developed by Edwin Wilson, Director of Guitar R&D at Heritage Guitars, these pickups are custom-voiced specifically for the Custom Core H-150. Whether clean or overdriven, they offer high transparency and dynamic response, making them suitable for a wide range of musical styles.<\/p>\n
Key features of this Factory Special<\/b> include a modern, slimmer C-profile neck<\/b> inspired by the early 1960s, ideal for players with smaller hands or for fast, technical playing. A locking bridge<\/b> and lightweight aluminum stopbar tailpiece<\/b> provide enhanced sustain and resonance. The headstock features a real wood veneer<\/b> with the Heritage logo<\/b> and a Twin Arrow mother-of-pearl inlay<\/b>. The 3L\/3R tuners<\/b> are laser-engraved with the Heritage logo.<\/p>\n
